Refund policy

1. Block Booking Cancellations
- A full block of sessions may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the first scheduled session for a full refund.
- After this point, the block becomes non-refundable and non-transferable.

2. Individual Session Cancellations
- Individual sessions are non-refundable once booked.
- Missed sessions are not reimbursed unless covered under Section 4: Emergency Exceptions.

3. Rescheduling
- Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is subject to tutor availability.
- Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice will normally be charged.

4. Emergency Exceptions
- Genuine emergencies, including sudden illness, accidents, or unexpected family circumstances, may qualify for rescheduling or a fee waiver.
- Proof may be requested at the tutor’s discretion.

5. Tutor Cancellations
- If a tutor cancels a session, it will be rescheduled or refunded in full.
- Clear Tuition will always aim to give reasonable notice.

6. Tutor Discretion
- Tutors may use their discretion to waive fees or reschedule sessions under special circumstances.
- All decisions will be made fairly and with consideration of individual circumstances.

7. General Conditions
- By booking sessions, clients agree to follow this cancellation policy.
- Clear Tuition reserves the right to update this policy with reasonable notice.
